How To Spa
We want your visit to Silver Leaf Day Spa to be a relaxing, enjoyable experience. This guide will help you know what to expect.
Cancellation
- Individually booked services require 24 hours notice
or the full service cost will be applied.
Three or more services, including all Spa Bundles require 48 hours notice or 50% of the cost of services will be applied. - Group bookings of 5 or more guests must be paid in full
7 days prior to the appointment date. - Cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.
Reservations
- All appointments must be booked by telephone, in person or through our website.
- Reservations and/or cancellations will not be accepted via email.
- Walk-ins are welcome and subject to availability.
- A valid credit card is required for all first time bookings and may be requested for future bookings such as a group booking.
- Gift cards number are required at time of bookings.
Promptness
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you and we want you to receive all the benefits of your service. Late arrival will result in a modified treatment time and your service will finish at the originally scheduled time so that the next guest is not kept waiting. Full value of your treatment time will be charged.
Minimum Age
- Children under the age of 8 are welcome providing that
they are receiving a service within the Spa - Some treatments may require parental consent or presence if under the age of 18.
Courtesy
- Please contribute to a serene spa environment
at all times by turning off all cell phones and pagers. - Please refrain from loud conversations.
‘Whisper mode’ is required throughout the spa —silence is appreciated!
Attire
- When booking any of the Spa Bundles,
we will provide you with a gown, robe and slippers for your comfort. - A secured private locker will be available for your personal belongings.
- Therapists are highly trained in draping procedures to ensure your complete privacy.

Depending on your treatment selection,disposable undergarments
are provided or you may wear your own.
Swimwear is required in some areas of the spa. - Silver Leaf Day Spa is not responsible for lost, damaged or misplaced items.
Return or Exchange
Products that are unopened and in the original packaging can be returned within 14 days for refund or exchange with the original receipt.
Gratuities
- Tips are graciously accepted.
- Unless requested, we do not include gratuities
in any of the services, bundles or gift cards. - Personalized envelopes are available.
Your Services
For complete satisfaction, please communicate exactly what you would like and any preferences you feel are important to achieve the desired result of your service. We are here to offer superior services, and your input, prior to the commencement of your services will help us in further enhancing your time with us.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are available for any Service, Bundle or in any denomination.
- Dollar amount gift cards have no expiry date.
All service gift cards will have a 1 year expiration date. - Silver Leaf Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
- Gift cards are not replaceable or refundable.
